Chairman since 2009 and Director since 2004.
Background:
Boyne has held
senior management and board positions with Myer over 25 years, was a Chief
General Manager of the State Bank of Victoria, held the senior finance, IT
and administrative position in World Vision Australia and was an international
Vice President of World Vision International. He has lectured in finance
at the Mt Eliza Business School, and in governance and law for a number of
other professional bodies. He is the former president of the Victorian
Division of CPA Australia and a past deputy president of CPA Australia.
Currently he is the Treasurer of Melbourne Citymission Inc., Treasurer of Light
FM Inc, Chair of Trans World Radio. He
attends North Balwyn Baptist, is married to Rosalind and has 3 daughters. |

Deputy Chairman Rob Kirk
Board Member since 2002
Background:
Qualified Accountant and Company Secretary. Main working life was spent in the
Australian Mining Industry with 38 years at Rio Tinto Ltd.
Many commercial roles in different business units. The last
10 years spent as Financial Manager and Company Secretary of Minenco Pty.
Ltd. (the engineering business unit of Rio Tinto)
He spent 30 years on the Management Board of Baptcare and was Chairman from l998
to 2004 during the period of re building all the Baptist major aged care
homes. He is currently a member of the Anglican Church at
Sorrento. He retired from Rio Tinto Ltd in September, l997. |

Director - Barry McWha
Director since 2009
Background:
Barry trained as a primary school teacher and taught in Victoria and Papua New Guinea before being ordained to ministry with the Baptist Church. He served churches in Victoria, Papua New Guinea and South Australia.
From 1997 2008 he led the chaplaincy team at the Village Baxter. He has
completed post-graduate studies in ageing and pastoral studies. He currently
serves part-time as Seniors Ministry Facilitator with the Baptist Union of
Victoria and Pastor to Seniors in a local Baptist church. |

Director - Ron Crosling
Director since 2009
Background:
Prior to retiring, Ron was a management consultant in a variety of enterprises
across all sectors of industry - in both the private and not-for-profit sectors. His focus was organisational improvement through leadership, governance and process management.
Ron has also held senior management positions in Australian
manufacturing industry.
Ron and his wife Gabrielle have lived in the Frankston area for nearly
twenty years. They have an extended
family that includes eight grand-children. |
